The range includes top-contact, bottom-contact, single-contact and dual-contact designs. Front-flip, back-flip and slider mechanisms are listed, alongside horizontal sockets without a lock. Compare each product’s contact arrangement and mechanism before choosing a footprint.
Start with the required pitch and contact count, then match the cable’s exposed contacts to the connector contact arrangement. Check the specified mounting and termination before comparing the PCB footprint. Confirm the permitted cable thickness and connector dimensions with the product drawing, and allow access for the selected flip or slider mechanism where fitted.
It does not specify top or bottom contact on its own. Confirm the contact position in the connector drawing before choosing the cable orientation.
No. The range includes horizontal dual-contact sockets explicitly described as without a lock. Check the individual product description; do not assume that a flip or slider mechanism is present.
Pin count alone is not enough. For example, the 12-pin range includes dual-contact ZIF, single-contact locking and bottom-contact front-flip designs. Compare the full mating and PCB dimensions before considering a replacement.
Include the part number, mating connector, key dimensions and required quantity in your inquiry.
